Our ottoman's are 15" tall without feet
With wooden feet our ottoman's are 18" from the ground to the seat
Our standard back pillow is 18" above the seat of the ottoman
Height of ottoman and standard pillow together is 36" tall w/ wooden feet
Wooden Feet are 3" tall
Casters are 2 3/4" tall

What if I need help deciding what will fit in my space?
No problem! Duobed provides free space analysis. Just contact customer service at info@duobed.com with information about your space.
How will I know if the furniture will fit through my door?
The good news is, you only need about 20" of space to fit Duobed pieces anywhere!
How long will it take to receive my order?
We make all items after they are ordered. Typically this means you will see your item in 2-3 weeks from the date you placed the order.
We ship most orders via Fed Ex, and you can manage delivery of boxes here: https://www.fedex.com/en-ca/tracking/redirect-your-package.html
If you need your order by a specific date or require a special delivery date, please contact customer service at info@duobed.com.
What is the Return Policy?
We want you to love anything you order from Duobed. If not, you have 30 days, after delivery, to return your purchase. Simply contact us and request a return.

What is your warranty?
30 day - Free Return
1 year - manufacturing defects in materials, finishing and workmanship under normal use.
3 year - parts replacement

Where can I see your furniture in person?

We also have units available to see in our lobby at: 8929 Irvine Center Dr. Suite 100, Irvine, CA 92618. The lobby is open from 8-5 Monday - Friday.
We are working to get our product into more retail stores.
How comfortable is it?
With our mattress-quality cushions, we believe that Duobed rivals any ottoman or sofa that you have sat on.
How would I get sheets to stay tucked in when configured on a bed?
We recommend sheets that are not deep pockets. If too long, tuck any excess in one of the 3 open sides.
Which fabrics are the best if we have pets or small children?
Our performance line of revolution fabrics is the easiest to clean and stain resistant. These come in the following colors: Denim, Light Grey, Stone, Garnet, and Jewel.
Where is it made?
Duobed is 100% Made in the USA. Our manufacturing facility is located in Los Angeles, CA.
Is it low VOC? Is it safe for kids with respitory issues like asthma who are sensitive to formaldehyde?
Our items are safe!
Here is a list of the materials that we use to make our product.
- Wood – Solid Pine and Rubberwood, which does not contain resins or formaldehyde.
- Glue - We use a water base low VOC glue with no formaldehyde
- Fabric - 100% Polyester
- Velcro
- Foam - 1.8 High Density Foam 5" thick
